IMPORTANT VISA SERVICE TERMS:
Company Responsibilities:
• V Goal Visa Service is responsible for providing professional consultation based on current immigration requirements
• We will prepare and organize visa application documents to make the process convenient for clients
• We will review and verify document completeness and accuracy
• We will submit documents to the embassy or consulate for visa consideration
• We will communicate with embassy officials when permitted and provide application status updates when available
• We will provide interview preparation and coaching when applicable
• We acknowledge that the final visa decision is determined solely by each country's embassy or consular officials
Resubmission Support:
• If a client's visa application is rejected, we will revise and resubmit documents at no additional service fee
• The client is only responsible for paying the embassy fee for the next submission
• This free resubmission support is available within 1 year from the date of visa rejection
• This applies only to cases where V Goal handled the original application
• Resubmission does not guarantee visa approval
Refund Policy:
• If a client has already paid the processing service fee, the client cannot request a refund from the company under any circumstances
• This policy applies regardless of visa outcome, processing delays, or changes in client circumstances
• Embassy fees paid directly to government agencies are non-refundable
• Our consultation and preparation services are considered delivered upon document submission
Client Acknowledgment:
• Clients understand that visa approval is not guaranteed
• Embassy decisions are beyond our control and not grounds for refund
• Processing times may vary and are determined by government agencies
• Clients must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including disclosure of previous visa applications or rejections
• Providing false or misleading information may result in visa denial and potential permanent visa ineligibility
• We are not responsible for negative outcomes resulting from client dishonesty
